Kate and Josh share the sweetest kind of love: the kind that doesn't need a lot of words, or a lot of show, but that radiates through the way they look and talk about one another. Seeing these two steal looks and kisses while enjoying their family and friends around them on their wedding day spoke volumes. Thank you for letting us capture it for you.
A few fun facts about this classic-glam wedding:
1) Seattle was a bit of a destination wedding for these two. While Kate grew up in the area, she's called Chicago home since college. This was a homecoming and celebration of love that had people from all walks of life joining in on the one festivities.
2) The car Kate + Josh used as a getaway after the ceremony belongs to her dad. Her brother and sister-in-law used another one of her father's classic cars in their wedding, which we got to film earlier this year! Sidenote: The Hayford family could not be more wonderful!!
3) Kate gasps when she walks into the reception ballroom, and we completely vouch for how gasp-worthy it was. One of the most stunning ballrooms we've ever filmed in!
4) Confetti Cannon! Can all weddings have a confetti cannon?? Because all celebrations of love should be showered in confetti, right? Kate + Josh know how to throw an incredible dance party, from live music to confetti shooting through the air <3
We loved every minute of shooting this wedding and putting Kate + Josh's film together (and a huge shout out to their incredible vendor team, listed below!)
